The structure is measured by hand following ANSI/ NCRE guidelines using lasers and a digital angle gauge (not a scan of the property).
A calculation summary page that shows all measurements will also be provided and can be used to prove an accurate HLA (Heated Living Area) of the home.
Floor plan includes interior walls, room dimensions, windows, doors, kitchen, bath symbols and anything else pertinent to the sketch such as garages, porches, decks, patios, etc.
